Joseph Fleishman

Attorney

A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, Joseph Fleishman is a proud double Tar Heel graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his juris doctorate from The University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Joey honed his negotiation skills as the captain of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiation Team and his legal writing as an Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law.

Joey is a dedicated personal injury litigator who has spent his entire career representing injury victims and the families of those who have been needlessly killed by the negligence of others. Joey focuses on lawsuits involving delivery vehicle accidents, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer wrecks, premise liability, slip and falls, negligent security, dog bites, and nursing home abuse.

With a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients – whether that be through settlement or jury trial – Joey is relentless in his pursuit of justice and is dedicated to advocating for the rights of those who have been wronged. He is a skilled negotiator and litigator, known for his ability to effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Joey represents clients throughout the entire life cycle of a personal injury case: from the first phone call immediately following an injury all the way up to a jury trial.

Outside of the office, Joey enjoys rooting on his beloved Tar Heels, playing golf, live music, and traveling to see family and friends.

Joey is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
