Brady Rigdon

Attorney

Brady Rigdon went to Auburn University and earned a B.B. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2001.

From spending nearly a decade as a criminal prosecutor to my more recent time as a personal injury and FedEx delivery accident attorney, I am honored that I have had the opportunity to devote my career to helping injured victims get the justice they deserve.

I recently represented a client who was injured in a vehicle collision after another driver hit her while texting and talking on the phone. The other driver’s insurance company blamed my client for not making a better effort to avoid the distracted driver and refused to compensate her for her injuries.  We filed a lawsuit against the other driver and took the case to trial.  The other driver’s insurance company still refused to do the right thing, and instead hired a law firm to defend their driver. They denied fault all the way up until trial, after which a jury of my client’s peers agreed that the other driver was 100% at fault and awarded her a monetary judgment as compensation for her injuries, medical bills, and lost wages.

I HOPE THAT I AM ABLE TO CONTINUE TO SUCCESSFULLY USE THE STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES THAT GOD HAS GIVEN ME TO HELP OTHERS.

– BRADY RIGDON

Over the years, I’ve learned to appreciate the importance of having genuine empathy toward others. You never really know what another person is experiencing, or what they may have experienced in their past, that affects what they are going through today.  When I get a call from someone who needs help with an injury, I try to put myself in their position, which helps me understand what they are going through.  This puts me in a better position to advocate on their behalf.

I grew up in Atlanta, GA. I was the oldest of three children, and I had two little sisters.  As a kid, I was very involved in sports and played high school basketball, baseball, and tennis. My parents are the biggest influence in my life. They have molded me into the person that I am today by serving as living examples of living what it means to puts the needs of others before my own.

About 20 years ago, I met my wife, who has been a constant source of encouragement and has inspired me to always strive to be a better husband, father, and attorney.

Between work and being a parent of three boys, I don’t often have a lot of spare time. But when I do get time, I like to play basketball, tennis, and football with my boys, and I play each year in our neighborhood’s men’s whiffle ball.  We are also learning to mountain bike, and trying to improve our golf games.

I would love to one day watch either Wimbledon or the French Open in person.
